No we do not offer local pick up.

Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons we are unable to return cosmetics. Any manufacturers defects however are considered on a case by case basis. If you feel you have a manufacturers defect in your products, please send us a detailed email including photos to bookings@princessstudio.ca

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards, and Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques, cash orders or payment via phone.

If your payment is successful and your order has been received and accepted by us, you will be sent an order confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout.

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, or are having trouble checking your status please contact us via bookings@princessstudio.ca
